These include powerline right-of-way work, substation grading, site remediation, and natural gas infrastructure such as high-pressure gas lines, regulator stations, anomaly digs, and system maintenance. The Project Manager leads project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and field operations to ensure alignment of scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<h2>Division-Specific Focus (as applicable)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Oil & Gas Division:</strong> Natural gas infrastructure such as high-pressure gas lines, regulator stations, anomaly digs, and system maintenance.</li>\n <li><strong>Civil Division:</strong> Powerline right-of-way work, substation grading, and site remediation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Project-Specific Focus (as applicable)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Gas & Oil Division: </strong>Manage pipeline installations, regulator stations, anomaly digs, facility upgrades, and utility relocations.</li>\n <li><strong>Civil Division: </strong>Oversee site development, grading, utility installations, roads, bridges, drainage, and infrastructure projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in civil or gas/oil sectors</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam)</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams</li>\n <li>Skilled in reading construction drawings, permits, and specifications</li>\n <li>Understanding of construction delivery methods, scheduling, and cost control</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).</li>\n <li>Equivalent field-based or military experience may be considered.</li>\n <li>PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred).</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Other Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different sectors.</li>\n <li>Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Note: Assignments and project types may vary.
