    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Education Specialist II is responsible for proactive identification of and planning for department, laboratory and work unit education and training needs in collaboration with leadership. Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of educational and training programs for medical trainees (residents, fellows, post docs, etc.), students, interns and allied health staff in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Participates as clinical education faculty in formal education programs within the Mayo School of Health Sciences (MSHS) as assigned. Teaches, trains and mentors students and other education personnel/employees. Maintains knowledge and skills in laboratory/work area specialty and in education methodologies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>This position will be responsible for Divisional Quality Unit education and training support, including development of a division wide regulatory training program. Knowledge of, or experience in, FDA manufacturing regulations and/or quality system management in a regulated environment preferred.</i></p><p><br><strong>**Individuals hired to this position are required to complete 2 years in this position before becoming eligible to transfer to other positions within Mayo Clinic**</strong></p>",
