From hands-on support to leadership, we’ll help you take every step forward.</p>\n<p>We’ll pay for you to gain your Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, plus all the support and training you need to succeed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build positive, supportive relationships with young people up to 18.</li>\n<li>Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in school life and leading educational and life skills activities</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement.</li>\n<li>Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.</li>\n<li>Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals.</li>\n<li>Follow a shift pattern (with sleep-ins)</li>\n<li>Part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month) as well as full time options (Sleep-ins required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full UK Manual Driving Licence</li>\n<li>Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help.</li>\n<li>A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations</li>\n<li>Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training</li>\n<li>A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Right to work in the UK</li>\n<li>We do not use agency staff; therefore, we do require people to be flexible to cover shifts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join New Reflexions?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to £34,320 per year, including sleep-ins.
