This position is ideal for a technically strong utility professional who can lead projects through all phases of design and delivery while managing schedules, budgets, and client expectations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">In this role, you will oversee multi-disciplinary project teams, provide technical leadership and QA/QC oversight, and ensure successful execution of gas utility infrastructure projects that support safe, reliable service for our clients and communities.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead natural gas utility projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, and within budget</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Oversee day-to-day project execution while ensuring compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements, and engineering best practices</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior designers, engineers, and support staff</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Coordinate and perform QA/QC reviews of engineering deliverables</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-size: 14px;\">Minimum 5+ years of experience in distribution natural gas utility engineering and/or design</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, tracking, coordination, and delivery</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D) required</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office; MS Project experience is a plus</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Willingness to use your own vehicle to drive to project sites within NJ and occasionally work outside traditional hours when needed</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
