You&rsquo;re a hands‑on leader who supports your team, maintains high operational standards, and ensures safety, quality, and reliability in every shift.</p><h2>What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><p>As a Mill Supervisor, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality milling operations while leading and developing your team.</p><ul><li>Ensuring compliance with GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, GFSI, FSMA, and HSE guidelines.</li><li>Maintaining the facility in a continuous audit‑ready condition.</li><li>Serving as the primary point of contact for milling process issues, troubleshooting, and operational problem‑solving.</li><li>Acting as a technical resource for supervisors and operators.</li><li>Overseeing wheat receiving, cleaning, transfers, and general mill housekeeping.</li><li>Managing daily production schedules and run plans.</li><li>Supervising shift personnel and administering corrective action when needed.</li><li>Supporting mill operators and team leads to maintain production flow.</li><li>Collaborating with logistics on scheduling and shipment concerns.</li><li>Managing staffing, employee call‑offs, and shift coverage.</li><li>Training operators on equipment, safety, and SOPs.</li><li>Handling attendance, performance discussions, and employee development.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Milling, Engineering, EHS, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience.</li><li>Experience working with union‑represented employees (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, reasoning, and decision‑making abilities.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heights, weather, temperature variations, airborne particles, and wheat allergens.</li><li>Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb, kneel, twist, and lift 50+ lbs.</li></ul><h2>Why Join Mennel?</h2><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Flexible Accrued Paid Time Off and Holiday Schedule</li><li>Health &amp; Wellbeing Benefits (medical, prescription, vision, dental, HSA, EAP, YMCA cost‑sharing, and more)</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>Career Advancement &amp; Training Opportunities</li><li>Rewards &amp; Recognition Program</li><li>Retirement Contributions (401k, etc.)</li><li>Tuition Assistance</li></ul><p>Ready to make a difference?
