By maintaining a clean and organized expo line, stocking condiments, and verifying proper garnishing, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly and guarantee that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: $15.00</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Expediting food orders on the kitchen line.</li>\n <li>Monitor IRD orders and ring into the point of sale system.</li>\n <li>Deliver food orders accurately and timely to customers in the dining room and In-Room Dining</li>\n <li>Ensure that the expo line is clean, condiments are stocked and orders are correctly garnished and marked.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea and coffee machines.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and write basic instructions.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to organize and be creative. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li>\n <li>Zero (0) to six (6) month’s food service experience. </li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to walk extended distances during shifts.</li>\n <li>The team member is frequently (60%) required to stand; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and bend.</li>\n <li>The team member must occasionally (10%) lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </li>\n <li>Must be able to continuously walk more than (90%) of shift which may include stairs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
