Our Project Managers act as the key, day to day client interface. They ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets as well as the appropriate quality standards. Our Project Managers report to the Director of Construction.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Job Description:</span></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide leadership in motivating the Enclosure team and maintain a positive work environment.</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors related to project risk, timetables, cost/budgets, and change management.</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assisting in leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of Scorecard to improve project performance</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Successful candidates must possess the following attributes:</span></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Masters in - &nbsp;Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ten + &nbsp;years of experience as a Project Manager of commercial building <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">projects valued at $50 million or larger</span></span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience with complex facades on large-scale projects or equivalent combination of education and experience&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience in Lean Construction processes and/or the ability to adapt to new methodologies</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">A record of leading projects that finish safely, on time and on budget</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The ability to lead and work in a collaborative environment</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">An attention to world class quality and workmanship</span></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proficient in and construction software &ndash;
