The individual should possess the ability to execute our vision of excellence and to build and motivate a team for achieving this vision.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Provides direction to hourly employees in the area of customer service through training and development of hourly employees on a consistent basis.&nbsp;</p><p>Assists operations management in a leadership/managerial role whose concentration is front of the house customer service.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direction in service training to hourly employees.</li><li>Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining which will lead to employee and store success.&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently supervises, manages, and inspects all hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards.</li><li>Ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls.</li><li>Prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure problems are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently.&nbsp;</li><li>Promotes positive open communication in a team environment.</li><li>Inspects and administers employee uniform and personal hygiene standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Instructs employees on food service delivery, presentation, and customer service.</li><li>Assist restaurant employees in the area of food delivery and preparation.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Job Skills &amp; Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum FOUR years food service or restaurant experience&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum TWO years of Supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant setting.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be available to work up to 50 hours per week, may include weekends and some holidays&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building along with a pleasant disposition.&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Google Suite.&nbsp;</li><li>Must demonstrates ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English (Conversational kitchen Spanish a help).&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Pay Range: $20- $24 per hour&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We offer immediate accrual PTO, Health and Welfare Benefits and a monthly meal allowance!&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Please Submit your resume in order to be considered for this position.</p><p><br></p><p>We are an E Verify Employer.</p>",
