This role maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization while supporting culinary staff and delivering exceptional service.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Supports and coordinates the daily activities of the stewarding team</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor dishwashing, pot washing, and garbage disposal processes to maintain efficiency</p></li>\n <li><p>Inspect kitchen areas for cleanliness and compliance with safety and health regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Train, mentor, and support stewarding staff in operational procedures and safety protocols</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with inventory control, including tracking cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen tools</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate with culinary team to support kitchen operations during high-volume periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Enforce company policies and procedures, including food safety, OSHA, and sanitation standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and staff performance</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations; supervisory experience preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of sanitation standards, OSHA regulations, and kitchen safety protocols</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational and leadership skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
