To provide support and direction to the teacher assistant.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Essential Functions:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Split Shift Role: 6:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M., 1:30 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manages the program space, ensuring compliance with all MSDE-OCC regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Provides a welcoming and friendly environment for all children, parents, and visitors.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Implements activities that are age-appropriate and stimulating by the provided JMS - Celebree School curriculum; manages effective classroom management.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsels children as needed using Conscious Discipline and appropriate behavior management techniques.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns promptly, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on program happenings.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Maintains open and effective communication with the team, parents, and the school community.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ensures that the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom environment are appropriately maintained.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the program and works with the other team members to resolve them.</span></span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Maintains yearly certification requirements, including Continuing Education Credits.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Transportation for children's pick-up and drop-offs may be needed.
