For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality </li>\n <li>Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety </li>\n <li>Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality </li>\n <li>Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement </li>\n <li>Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively </li>\n <li>Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions </li>\n <li>Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed   </li>\n <li>Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners </li>\n <li>Review proposed variations and delays in the works </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have experience project managing on a large scale construction projects (ideally data centre or pharma)  </li>\n <li>Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.  We can help </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline </li>\n <li>Are detail oriented and quality focused </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p> \n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
