    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: Coordinator, Service Center</span></p><p> </p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">This position oversees and is directly involved in more than one of the following operations: Dock, P&amp;D, and Road Dispatch, which includes customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, claims prevention, load average/s, and safety.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Manages, plans, organizes, and directs assigned employees.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Manages and implements security and loss prevention procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Prepares and manages safety procedures in accordance with TFF and government guidelines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Prepares and implements action plans to ensure the service center achieves planned productivity, load average, cube utilization, and service targets.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Works with Central Dispatch to develop a line haul plan to effectively and efficiently move freight to destinations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Schedules employees in accordance with hours planning, TFFs run bid process, and service requirements.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Have a high school diploma or equivalent</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Must be 18 years of age or older</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\">Previous dock operations and/or supervision experience within the transportation industry - Preferred</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"> </span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><i> </i></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"> </span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:, 'sans-seriffont-size'\"><strong> </strong></span></p></div>",
