The organization operates Hennick Humber Hospital, a 1.8 million square foot, fully digital acute care facility, with 722 acute inpatient beds and support from more than 4,000 staff, approximately 800 physicians, and over 1,000 volunteers. We are seeking a family physician with an interest in medical education to establish a full-time comprehensive family practice while contributing to the teaching and supervision of residents and medical students.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will provide clinical care a minimum of five half-days per week, in addition to weekly learner supervision. Opportunities for leadership roles within the FMTU may be available for interested candidates.</p>\n<p>The FMTU is located on the ground floor of Humber River Health and is supported by a strong interprofessional team, including on-site nursing, social work, and dietician, with plans to expand to include additional allied health professionals.
