Our company prides itself on building high performance teams across Canada, and we are always looking for candidates like you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $32.00 – $38.00/hour (based on experience)<strong>Pay Frequency:</strong> Weekly pay – every Thursday<strong>Shift: </strong>Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm</p>\n<p>*On call premium is $150/week when covering</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of joining the Pro Team</strong></p>\n<p>• Industry competitive base wage with shift premiums• Initial and ongoing training opportunities/career advancement• Location transfer opportunities• Competitive Medical and Dental benefit package• Life insurance• RRSP Program• Company phone and tablet (mobile technicians only)• Company uniforms• Boot and tool allowance• Promote from Within policy• Referral bonus• Professionally built, well equipped modern mobile fleet</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties & Responsibilities</strong>• Travel to customer sites, yards, and field locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair transport equipment• Inspect equipment for safety, mechanical condition, and required repairs, and communicate findings clearly to dispatch, service advisors, or customers.• Use diagnostic tools, scan tools, and service manuals to troubleshoot faults and determine proper repair procedures.• Complete service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records of labour, parts used, diagnostics, and repair details in work orders or mobile systems.• Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with dispatch and supervisors regarding job status, parts needs, and estimated completion times.• Accurately entering and updating information in the maintenance software through the use of state-of-the-art web-based tablet system• Communicating effectively with co-workers, customers and service managers• Other duties as required</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>• 3-5 years’ experience in transport trailer repairs• Journeyman license for Trailer Transport Mechanic• Valid Driver’s License in good standing• Own tools and storage device• Good written and communication skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>INDTC</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
