    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Analyst Programmer</p><p><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>IT</p><p><strong>Status:&nbsp;</strong>Full Time / Exempt</p><p><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong>Chief Information Officer</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>The Analyst Programmer is responsible for designing and implementing custom software solutions, integrating with external systems, and supporting legacy applications while contributing to modernization initiatives.</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintains and supports multiple systems including, but not limited to ERP&rsquo;s, e-commerce websites, and databases.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates initiative and works independently as needed to accomplish responsibilities.</li><li>Manages technical projects including deadlines, tracking task progress, and reporting to stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Acts as an escalation point for support teams during outages or degraded system performance.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with clients, senior management, sales reps, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Intellectually curious. Ability to think beyond the basic confines of the role, review data, analyze user and customer needs, and present solutions based on these observations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Minimum qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field, with three (3) or more years of experience as an analyst, developer, or related technical position; or an associate in information technology with five (5) or more years of experience; or 7 years&#39; experience in a related analytical role&nbsp;</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft T-SQL</li><li>Proficient with object-oriented programming languages (C#, X++ or related) and an understanding of software development life cycles</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications, Not Required</u></strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft SQL Server &ndash; relational database design &amp; understanding, performance tuning and monitoring</li><li>Web Development &ndash; ASP.net</li><li>Experience with X12, AX 2009 (X++) and legacy system analysis.</li><li>Power BI or SSRS report development</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">Equal Employment Opportunity 5.2026</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
