Every day, you will be the attentive and supportive presence available to our teens around the clock. Whether they're dealing with homesickness, a stomachache, or difficult emotions, you'll offer solace and guidance whenever needed.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Promote a safe and secure environment </strong>by remaining alert to overnight safety needs and offering a calm, supportive presence throughout the night.</li>\n <li><strong>Guide adolescents</strong> through evening routines and coping strategies.</li>\n <li><strong>Proactively respond </strong>to emotional or behavioral challenges, helping clients feel supported and grounded.</li>\n <li><strong>Support a welcoming and clean space</strong> by completing routine cleaning tasks and facility upkeep each night.</li>\n <li><strong>Document progress notes</strong> daily and <strong>communicate </strong>important updates to the Program Director and clinical team to ensure seamless support and coordination of care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Age:</strong> 21+</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent GED is required; associate’s or bachelor’s in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 1+ year working with adolescents in behavioral health, education, coaching, or mentorship preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Certifications:</strong> CPR and First Aid preferred (training provided).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout overnight shifts.
