    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Jaguar Land Rover North Dade is a division of the Warren Henry Auto Group, Automotive News’ Best Dealerships To Work For.<em>If you have the drive, we have the career for you.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an Automotive Technician, this position functions as a skilled technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our state-of-the-art facility in North Miami contains over 80 air-conditioned service bays with matching toolboxes provided. <strong>You can earn up to an $80,000 guaranteed annual salary plus production bonuses.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li>\n <li>Technician Longevity Bonus (Bonus per flagged hour)</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off; Paid Company Holidays</li>\n <li>401K retirement plan with employer contributions</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive repair orders from dispatcher and acquire keys to vehicle.</li>\n <li>Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.</li>\n <li>Communicate with the parts department for any needed parts.</li>\n <li>Perform a thorough safety check and multi point inspection to determine if any additional service work is required.</li>\n <li>Advise Service Consultant if repairs cannot be completed within time promised.</li>\n <li>Document a detailed description of the repair(s) performed to dealer and manufacturer standards.</li>\n <li>Road test vehicles as required. Notify shop foreman of any test drives that will take longer than 10 minutes.</li>\n <li>Verify that all repairs completed are correct and safe for vehicle return.</li>\n <li>Ensure the customer’s vehicle is kept protected and clean during the repair process. Wipe down any dirt or grease before sending the vehicle to car wash.</li>\n <li>Keep stall area neat and keep floors free from spills or slippery fluids. Mop as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver License and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information.</li>\n <li>Ability to use a computer to search for bulletins or technical information. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:   </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to provide your own tools. (All manufacturer specific/special tools will be supplied by the dealer to share)</li>\n <li>ASE certification is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must supply your own OSHA approved footwear.</li>\n</ul>",
