    "requisitionDescription": "<p>The Groundskeeper III is an entry level position and &nbsp;is responsible for the care and maintenance of lawns, grounds and equipment to ensure the safe and aesthetically pleasing environment of all locations as deemed necessary in the course of business. &nbsp; Work may include the assistance with projects outside the usual scope of corporate grounds, but deemed projects of importance to management.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain and care of lawns, shrubs, trees and plantings through mulching, aerating, pruning, weeding, grubbing, removal of thatch, trimming and edging of flower beds, walks, walls.
