In this hands-on role, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in building high-quality fiberglass pools and spas by layering fiberglass onto molds&mdash;helping create the world-class products that bring lasting joy to families.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a Fiberglass Lamination Specialist, you&rsquo;ll work as part of a collaborative team to layer (laminate) fiberglass onto molds. You&rsquo;ll apply fiberglass and resin to build strong, high-quality pool and spa shells, rolling out air bubbles and smoothing the laminate to ensure a quality finish. This position requires teamwork, attention to quality, and a commitment to safety while working with resins, gelcoat, and related materials.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Layer (laminate) fiberglass onto molds to build pool and spa shells</li><li>Apply resin and fiberglass materials to create strong, durable laminates</li><li>Roll out entrapped air and smooth the glass and resin mixture for a quality finish</li><li>Proactively identify and address quality concerns during the lamination process</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train in other areas of the department as needed</li><li>Handle chemicals (resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat) safely and dispose of waste properly</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area after each shift</li><li>Support overall production goals with punctuality, dependability, and a strong safety focus</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience working with fiberglass lamination or in a similar manufacturing/industry environment (preferred)</li><li>Ability to pass a pulmonary function evaluation and wear a respirator</li><li>Knowledge of chemical handling, resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat, and related materials</li><li>Experience communicating effectively in a team environment</li><li>Punctuality, dependability, and strong attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Strong safety focus and attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to cross-train within the department and help in other areas</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>Commitment to quality craftsmanship and providing great products that create lasting memories for families</li></ul><p><strong>Why Explore Industries?</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Hourly Range: $17.25 &ndash; $18.50, depending on experience, with regular compensation increases and performance-based raises (up to 25% in the first year) as job-related skills are developed.</li><li>Actual compensation will be based on experience and current job-related skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Additional Compensation</strong></p><p>Eligible employees receive:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>Optional life and disability insurance</li><li>Potential access to other incentives or compensation programs based on role and company policy.</li></ul><p>Ready to dive in?
