This position is responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The Maintenance Technician collaborates closely with other team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks and implement preventive maintenance programs. By proactively identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly, the technician helps extend the lifespan of equipment and supports overall operational productivity.
