TWS organization is a premier supplier of proven management, technical and skilled talent recognized for delivering valuable and sustainable personnel solutions to our clients in the energy infrastructure, commercial, and industrial resources industries.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Field Commissioning Manager on contract basis for a 6 month assignment. &nbsp;The work will take place on-site in the Maryland/Delaware area. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></i></p>\n<p><strong>Commissioning Preparation&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>- Develop project-specific commissioning documents, including:&nbsp;<br>\n - Marked-up P&amp;IDs to define commissioning system boundaries.&nbsp;<br>\n - Project Commissioning Plan detailing roles, test equipment, commissioning systems, and sequencing.&nbsp;<br>\n - Configuration and management of Commissioning Management Software (CMS) to track Inspection and Test Records (ITRs), system statuses, and documentation.&nbsp;<br>\n - System-specific commissioning procedures.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Onsite Commissioning</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>- Site Assessment:&nbsp;<br>\n - Evaluate construction progress, equipment/material availability, and turnover documentation.&nbsp;<br>\n - Identify and document risks or gaps impacting commissioning readiness.&nbsp;<br>\n - Punch List Management:&nbsp;<br>\n - Prepare and manage a punch list to address identified risks and gaps.&nbsp;<br>\n - Documentation Review:&nbsp;<br>\n - Review construction testing records, including cable insulation, pipe pressure testing, LNG piping dryness, flange torque, and pipe support set points.&nbsp;<br>\n - System Walkdowns and Turnover:&nbsp;<br>\n - Conduct system walkdowns to assess readiness for transfer of Care, Custody, and Control (CCC).&nbsp;<br>\n - Pre-Commissioning Oversight:&nbsp;<br>\n - Manage activities such as loop checks, instrument calibrations, motor checks, control system functionality, electrical testing, and first fills.&nbsp;<br>\n - Commissioning and Startup Management:&nbsp;<br>\n - Oversee functional equipment tests, system runs, pipe and tank purging, LNG introduction, system tuning, and integrated system operations.</p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><br><strong>-&nbsp;</strong>Proven experience in commissioning and startup processes. Prefer 15+ years’ experience in LNG commissioning.<br>\n - Strong understanding of construction turnover documentation and system testing.&nbsp;<br>\n - Proficiency with commissioning management software.&nbsp;<br>\n - Exceptional leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams onsite.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical project in the energy sector while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
