The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Program Coordinator, Health Science, Implementation . This is a 20-hour-per-week, part-time position that can be home-based. This is a part-time, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on June 30, 2029, with the possibility of extension. The position will support Cardiac Emergency Response Plan (CERP) implementation, various national CPR initiatives, and provide administrative/logistical support to help us achieve health impact and revenue goals. Responsibilities Provides a wide variety of skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical and clerical support to staff and volunteers in accordance with our policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Ability to fully understand and support assigned initiatives and programs and ensure a high quality of service is provided to all staff, community partners, and volunteers. Coordinates logistics for assigned events, meetings and programs and provides day-of-event support as needed. Attends staff meetings, stays current on department and association-wide updates, and applies the information learned. Performs other duties as needed to achieve department and association-wide goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 5 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Advanced project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skill in proof reading for grammar and spelling. Ability to work collaboratively and to maintain a professional manner in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred experience: Knowledge of CPR and Hands-Only CPR training options. Knowledge of the America Heart Association mission and initiatives. Compensation & Benefits The expected pay range will be $25 to $30 per hour . Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. The American Heart Association invests in its people.
