This hybrid role can be based in any of our Ohio locations including Cincinnati, Toledo, Cleveland or Akron, OH&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">As a Senior Water &amp; Hydraulic Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in hydraulics, collection system planning, and computer modeling, combined with data analytics, to guide local project teams. You will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing new business opportunities. Your work will help protect natural resources while contributing to climate change adaptation and urban resiliency.</p>\n<p><strong>Role Accountabilities</strong></p>\n<p>This role will develop wastewater and stormwater collection system models, conducting system planning, and performing regulatory studies. &nbsp;In addition, this role will provide valuable technical input on new and ongoing projects, guide technical teams, and help ensure the successful delivery of projects. &nbsp;Additional duties include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and review of technical reports,&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead client presentations, coordinating project deliverables, and contributing to scope definition and project pursuits.</li>\n <li>Enhance the technical knowledge within the team by attending workshops, presenting at industry events, and reviewing professional publications.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Travel may be required for site visits, client meetings, or project oversight.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in water and hydraulic engineering</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or a &nbsp;Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain one within one year of hire.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong experience with hydraulic modeling, particularly using SWMM and/or ICM, is essential, along with proficiency in GIS.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Attributes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and a deep understanding of wastewater hydraulic modeling and master planning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree</li>\n <li>Project delivery experience and familiarity with computer programming tools like Power BI or Python.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
