          "text": "<p><strong>This role offers a range of $19 to $22 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.</strong></p><p>We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink.&#xa0; &#xa0;We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a&#xa0;Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Manufacturing batches of ink on mixers or mills</li><li>Packaging&#xa0;finished product in various containers and applying labels</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining machines to TPM Standards</li><li>Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities</li><li>Weigh-Up Batches: Following proper process order of addition.&#xa0;Shifting between auto and manual steps</li><li>Creating&#xa0;and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times</li><li>Potentially operating&#xa0;the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift</li><li>Acting as a QC liaison, providing&#xa0;ink samples, making&#xa0;ink adjustments, and recording data</li><li>Completing&#xa0;scheduled maintenance&#xa0;and utilizing troubleshooting procedures.</li></ul>",
