      "content": "\n<li>Cultivate sales leads via phone, email, website, open houses, realtors, trade shows, and other marketing events.</li>\n<li>Schedule home site visits with prospects.</li>\n<li>Explain the sales remodel process to prospects.</li>\n<li>Follow established construction standards and best practices for consistency</li>\n<li>Design remodel with clients using provided tools and technology&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Present and review pricing, specifications, and contracts with clients</li>\n<li>Promote and connect clients with outside designers for interior and exterior selections as needed&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work with draftsman for plan updates and present revised plans to clients through the design process.</li>\n<li>Review and help clients make selections</li>\n<li>Obtain Design Agreements and Contracts, collect checks and provide to admin</li>\n<li>Attend Pre-Construction meetings for all remodels to share about the client and any specific requests the team should be aware of.</li>\n<li>Review Builder Trend project setup for accuracy</li>\n<li>Obtain allowance pricing from approved vendors for final customer pricing</li>\n"
