This role is more than month-end close and financial reporting. color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible accounting experience</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum of 4 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the ability to research and apply accounting guidance appropriately</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, product costing, and financial analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oracle experience strongly preferred; experience with large-scale ERP systems required</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
