There are currently 14 El Dorado Furniture Showrooms and 3 outlet centers in Florida. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong> &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Responsible for providing the best support and guidance to their team members in order to achieve the established goals. Provide the best customer service, following the &ldquo;WOW&rdquo; philosophy and standards at all times.</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assist with the interview process of new possible team members. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Input schedule changes into ADP system.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Distribute operations team schedule and ensue the department is covered at all times.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Manage team&#39;s overtime and time discrepancies. </li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Provide training and guidance to new and current employees.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Document any conversation or counseling.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain the integrity and privacy of any information related to customer accounts.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;
