In this position you will determine the content and flow of show, work with sales, management and on-air staff to generate and write stories and develop content for our website.</p>\n<p><strong><u>The ideal candidate will have:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be a compelling and accurate writer</li>\n <li>Be able to multitask and manage time in order to put together an exciting and informative show</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>\n <li>The ability to execute sponsored content strategies and goals in daily shows</li>\n <li>Understanding and appreciation for TV News</li>\n <li>Flexibility and on-the-spot problem solving abilities are a must</li>\n <li>Proficient with non-linear editing (i.e. Adobe) and newsroom systems, such as iNews</li>\n <li>Creative with linear and digital execution of clients advertising objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least one year of producing news or lifestyle is preferred</li>\n <li>A Journalism or Communications degree is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>EEO AND INCLUSIVITY:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
