Knowledge of computer systems.<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the fresh food department.</li>\n<li>Meet sales, gross, and labor goals.</li>\n<li>Schedule staff. Approve time cards.</li>\n<li>Handle employee recruitment, orientation, and training.</li>\n<li>Ensure workplace safety.</li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction, employee happiness, successful vendor relations, and company profitability.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate independent decision-making daily. Follow written instructions. </li>\n<li>Perform monetary transactions.</li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with employees, customers, and vendors.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate organizational skills daily.</li>\n<li>Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds of product or equipment. Continuously lift 20 pounds of product or supplies.</li>\n<li>Stand, walk, and crouch continuously for 8 hours.
