Reporting to Pharmacy Operations leadership, this role is key to delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance, and driving operational excellence across the pharmacy team within the respective FuzeRx location.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Prescription Fulfillment:</b> Pick and fill medications in accordance with pharmacy practice guidelines and medication safety standards.</p></li><li><p><b>Inventory Accuracy:</b> Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure product availability.</p></li><li><p><b>Patient Chart Management:</b> Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records and prescription data.</p></li><li><p><b>Pharmacist Support:</b> Partner with pharmacists to address medication-related inquiries and support patient care initiatives.</p></li><li><p><b>Medication Packing &amp; Delivery Coordination:</b> Pack medications according to standard procedures and coordinate deliveries, including obtaining refill authorizations from physician offices.</p></li><li><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Work with internal teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall patient experience.</p></li><li><p><b>Workstation Management:</b> Manage assigned pharmacy tasks and workstations to promptly, safely, and accurately complete prescription orders.</p></li><li><p><b>Regulatory Compliance:</b> Adhere to pharmacy laws and regulations governing technician responsibilities, and follow all company policies.</p></li><li><p><b>Performance Tracking:</b> Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) established by leadership to ensure operational and quality benchmarks are achieved.</p></li><li><p><b>Continuous Learning:</b> Stay updated on industry best practices, technology tools, and pharmacy trends to maintain a high standard of performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>1&#43; year of experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred).</p></li><li><p>1&#43; year of retail pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting (preferred).</p></li><li><p>Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of pharmacy laws and technician-specific regulations.</p></li><li><p>Strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in pharmacy technology systems and willingness to learn new tools.</p></li><li><p>Ability to stand for long periods, work at a computer for extended durations, and lift up to 25 lbs.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient support.</p></li></ul><h1><br /><br /><b>Additional Information</b><br /> </h1><p>Additional Physical Job Requirements</p><p></p><p>Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move frequently around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
