  "BriefDescription": "Professionals at this level are experienced and able to work with a minimum of supervision. Educational requirements are very specific. Decision making, problem solving and highly developed interpersonal skills are critical. This position will work within a team environment. The individual will have the ability to sign up for weekday evening/overnights or weekends according to their availability. Frequency of coverage is extremely flexible.  On Call therapists are expected to cover one week on call every four to six weeks.\n\nWork Schedule: Daytime hours \nCompensation: $140.00/week for being on call, and then $100.00 for any time worked (responding to calls, collaborating and corresponding, and collateral work such as documentation).",
