You will work with our world-class engineering team to drive excellent customer experiences with our SaaS Offering.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and maintain customer cloud environments for operating the Aras PLM Platform.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work Closely with DevOps, support, and development teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with cutting-edge technology in the cloud (Azure preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement automation to continuously reduce toil for Customer operations using CI/CD processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be part of a team that introduces new technologies and deploys services to multiple cloud environments and regions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solve technical problems, guide various teams (internal &amp; external), and continually improve our systems, deployments, operations, monitoring, and overall cloud activities and costs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and remediation of security and privacy issues of the Managed Services offerings, including internal and external technical communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set up cross-region environments using automated or manual procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Respond to customer support issues related to these environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain industry knowledge of the latest trends, technology, and practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in on-call shifts as required</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology Stack</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Microsoft Azure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Azure DevOps, CI/CD</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Git</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">.NET Core, PowerShell</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Docker</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">K8S</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Terraform, Packer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and SIEM/SOAR Sentinel</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 4 years of experience working in cloud computing, virtualization and containers experience – Docker and K8S.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced networking knowledge - Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP - troubleshooting, performance tuning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring systems and SLA tracking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience administering and supporting high-scale Production workloads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Additional languages are desirable.</span></li>\n<li>Must be eligible to work in Poland<br></li>\n</ul>",
