Duties include operating machinery to move earth and materials, supporting site preparation, performing equipment inspections and maintenance, and supporting field crews as directed by the Foreman or Superintendent. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is a full-service contractor providing heavy, civil, industrial, and energy construction and maintenance services across 12 western states. Established in 1976, our success is built on long-term employees, exceptional workmanship, and an unwavering commitment to safety. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Trench excavation and backfill for high-pressure gas pipeline construction </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Site preparation and grading for pipeline corridors and facility construction </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Anomaly dig excavation and support for gas system maintenance programs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Regulator station and facility site development support </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>DOT-regulated pipeline construction environments requiring OQ compliance awareness </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely operate construction equipment on active project sites. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct daily pre-shift inspections; fuel, lubricate, and maintain equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all company and site-specific safety policies; wear required PPE at all times. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Report hazards, malfunctions, and unsafe conditions to the Foreman immediately. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p>Operates light equipment under direct supervision.
