People and Citizenship.  Visit our <a href=\"https://laurentisenergy.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">website</a> to know more about our services.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB OVERVIEW</span></span></p>\n<p><br>CNPSA is seeking a results-driven professional to join the on site team  of CNPSA supporting SNN in the refurbishment of the Cernavoda Unit 1.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Technical Procedures Manager JD</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will support the refurbishment project by supporting the development of procedures and documentation including Operations and commissioning procedures for post refurbishment return to service of Cernavoda Unit 1. The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will work closely with the project team and the station to ensure that the work conducted in support of the refurbishment project adheres to its safety, licensing, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interface with the Operations, Engineering, Nuclear Safety and Licensing and document control Teams.</li>\n<li>Develop and support the development of procedures for refurbishment activities and post refurbishment return to service</li>\n<li>Ensures successful project delivery on assigned tasks.</li>\n<li>Ensures work and deliverables meet regulatory requirements</li>\n<li>Coordinate inputs, reviews and approvals from key stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ensures the schedule is established, accurate, up to date and adhered to.</li>\n<li>Identify and communicate work progress.</li>\n<li>Completes all assigned project reports and ensure management is fully briefed on the status of the work assigned.</li>\n<li>Anticipates challenges and takes proactive mitigating actions to address them.</li>\n<li>Understands the impact of the work on the station’s safety and licensing basis</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Knowledge and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Control Room Operator or Shift Manager certification/authorization in a CANDU NPP</li>\n<li>Previous experience for managing an Operational Documentation group or responsibility for safe configuration of a CANDU NPP</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a CANDU NPP refurbishment project</li>\n<li>Previous experience in CANDU NPP startup commissioning</li>\n<li>Experience working with Nuclear Regulations and Licensing basis.</li>\n<li>Experience working with Engineering design basis documentation</li>\n<li>Knowledge of SNN/CNE management system and processes of the organization is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing and operations procedure standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to work well within a multi discipline team.</li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadlines</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work on a number of assignments in parallel</li>\n<li>Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities,</li>\n<li>Strong decision-making skills, particularly when dealing with complex problems with multiple potential solutions.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English is Mandatory</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHY LAURENTIS ENERGY PARTNERS?<br></span></span><br></p>\n<p>Laurentis offers an exciting combination of challenging opportunities and career diversity in a work environment where safety is a fundamental value.
