No telecommuting or remote work.</p><p><br /></p><p>Description: Our Client, a savings and loan association, is looking to hire a Project Manager in Miami, FL.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><p>∙ Define, document, plan and manages the implementation of financial systems projects as leader of cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams;</p><p>∙ Work with business users to identify issues and manage expectations;</p><p>∙ Manage issues and follow appropriate escalation procedures to ensure management awareness of problems that are severe in nature or exceeding documented targets;</p><p>∙ Ensure project participants maintain focus, motivation and execution;</p><p>∙ Manage internal project resources and external vendors;</p><p>∙ Deliver projects according to agreed specifications and deadlines;</p><p>∙ Maintain active and effective relationships with business users and technology resources.</p><p><br /></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br /></p><p>∙ Experience with Business Analysis / Project Management with a focus on complex, multi-department implementations (5+ years);</p><p>∙ Experience managing projects in multiple phases of the project life-cycle;</p><p>∙ Experience with Commercial Lending or Residential Lending;</p><p>∙ Experience with Moody’s Risk Origins (preferred);</p><p>∙ Experience with Leasing (preferred);</p><p><br /></p>",
