This essential role works with team members to collaborate on initiatives of driving growth, launching new capabilities, increasing adoption and retention, and providing awareness of offerings and services.</p><p></p><p>You will bring your strong attention to detail, dependability, curiosity and enthusiasm to support and execute marketing initiatives that achieve business and corporate goals.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and support marketing strategy and omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive program growth and align with corporate initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Create strong partnerships and collaborate with marketing teammates, business lines, compliance, and project stakeholders to create innovative campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns and resources that can be tailored to different audiences and segments.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, multi-task wisely, accept constructive feedback and adjust project scope as needed to accomplish goals.</p></li><li><p>Build a deep understanding of business programs and voice to help tell the Osaic story through compelling content and campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Work on and incorporate overarching brand and marketing initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Mass Communications, Journalism or another related field of study.</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>5&#43; years of experience in marketing</p></li><li><p>Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and projects</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills to align partners to a common goal.</p></li><li><p>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Strong copywriting and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Self-starter with a high-level of professionalism</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with best practices in content, web, email, digital, social, video, etc.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to create efficiencies in marketing activities</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or B2B/ B2B2C</p></li><li><p>Experience marketing advisory relationships and platforms, investment products, financial planning, and lending solutions.</p></li><li><p>Experience with working with financial advisors and/or financial institutions</p></li><li><p>Experience with marketing tools and leveraging marketing technology to developing modern campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Successful track record of omni-channel campaigns that produce meaningful and measurable results      </p></li></ul><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
