We are currently seeking a Field Service Specialist to support customers throughout western Canada.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Service team&mdash;providing expert technical support and on‑site service to ensure our customers&rsquo; instruments perform at their best.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support customers both onsite and remotely (phone, email, Teams)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage a dynamic service schedule across the assigned territory</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build strong customer relationships through professional service and clear communication</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Territory</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role supports British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and is field‑based within the region.
