The Bartender will use standard/corporate measuring systems. He or She will issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles/beer/mixed drinks. This is a very visible position at the hotel. The person filling this role is an ambassador of all the core values of Summit Hospitality Group where <em><strong>“Service is the Ultimate Amenity”.</strong></em></p><p>We are looking to add a highly experienced and motivated <strong>LEAD ALL-STAR </strong>Bartender to be the <strong>FACE</strong> of our rooftop bar/restaurant. <u><strong>-MUST HAVE CRAFT COCKTAIL KNOWLEDGE</strong></u></p><p><strong>The Willard </strong>is THE rooftop bar/restaurant in Downtown Raleigh and is open 7 days a week. The venue provides the opportunity to earn <strong>GREAT TIPS</strong> from our amazing clientele as well as <strong>QUALITY OF LIFE.</strong> This position will offer benefits, travel discounts and PTO after (90) days if full-time.</p><p>Do you consider yourself a <strong>TALENTED</strong> Bartender who is a veteran experience maker and is willing to take <strong>OWNERSHIP</strong> and be the <strong>LEADER</strong> of our staff?
