    "description": "<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>This position requires an analytically focused individual who is eager to study and take part in supply chain projects for BlueGrace customers.  The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of work experience in a supply chain engineering or analyst position. At this stage, Engineers will be expected to tackle a large variety of projects for customers and potential customers.  This individual will frequently find themselves working with extremely large data sets, collected from a variety of sources.  They will be required to normalize and diagnose this data, and then identify potential customer solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties and responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Someone in this role will find themselves spend most of their time in spreadsheets, rating programs, and other types of data management tools.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Some of the duties include but are not limited to: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Querying shipment data from multiple systems.</li>\n   <li>Rating shipments with different rating softwares.</li>\n   <li>Managing data sources to support dashboards.</li>\n   <li>Auditing contract accuracy.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Someone in this role will need a strong understanding of Supply Chain Solutions including (but not limited to):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mode Conversion</li>\n <li>Shipment Aggregation</li>\n <li>Route Optimization</li>\n <li>Inventory Placement Modelling</li>\n <li>Pool Points</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Core Competencies:</u></strong></p>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Problem Solving</strong> -
