Ziply Fiber delivers world-class internet services to residential customers across the Pacific Northwest. If you are a motivated and results driven individual, who chases goals and big dreams, we want you to join our winning team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What does OSL Retail Services’ Ziply Fiber program offer?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Industry leading base hourly rate.  Combined with uncapped commission structure nets nearly $95,000 a year or more depending on your performance.  </li>\n <li>Mileage reimbursement.  Access to a vehicle is required for this role.</li>\n <li>Tools for success: Tablet, business cards, Ziply branded clothing, ID badge, Salesforce CRM</li>\n <li>Training in Ziply Fiber products and services to help you master your role</li>\n <li>Job shadowing to set you up for success</li>\n <li>Ongoing coaching, learning, and development opportunities</li>\n <li>Internal career growth</li>\n <li>Company benefits including health and dental coverage </li>\n <li>Fulltime work schedule; evenings and some weekend work are required to maximize customer contact</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Here’s where you come in…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive and support the sale of Ziply Fiber’s internet product through tactics including door to door canvassing and cold calling</li>\n <li>Work from a client provided territory lead list to market Ziply Fiber products to drive sales in residential areas</li>\n <li>Identify the specific needs of customers and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle delivering best-in-class customer service experience</li>\n <li>Deliver best in class customer experience as an ambassador of the Ziply Fiber brand</li>\n <li>Meet with your team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results</li>\n <li>Use the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel</li>\n <li>Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client, Ziply Fiber </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Do you have the keys to success?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset</li>\n <li>An outgoing people person, helping and being around people energies you</li>\n <li>Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals</li>\n <li>Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential!)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to be a team player</li>\n <li>Door-to-Door Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience an asset</li>\n <li>Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Ability for frequent travel across the region as required</li>\n <li>A flexible fulltime schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why OSL?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At OSL, we celebrate difference.
