Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for assisting with the maintenance and care of the track surface for racing and training purposes. </li>\n <li>Assists with maintaining the safety lane for racing and training purposes. </li>\n <li> Assists with preserving the paddock hills from ruts and wash outs. </li>\n <li>Assists with removal snow in a timely manner. </li>\n <li>Drives vehicles including, but not limited to trucks, graders, tractors, water truck, skid steer, - and front-end loader. </li>\n <li>Ensures horse ambulance is ready and functioning for daily racing. </li>\n <li> Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of facilities maintenance experience in racing or similar work environment required. </li>\n <li>Must have a valid Driver’s License. </li>\n <li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li>\n <li>Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and/or finishing trades.</li>\n <li> Must be skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook). </li>\n <li> Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li> Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li> Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. </li>\n <li>Ability to safely operate all equipment, including automobiles, tractors, skid steers, and front-end loaders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
