Here, you’ll find a place where your ideas are heard, your contributions are valued, and your career can thrive.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Inventory Management & Accuracy</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems and tracking technologies</li>\n <li>Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity</li>\n <li>Reconcile discrepancies and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Inventory Movement & Logistics Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate inventory transfers across internal and external locations</li>\n <li>Track shipping activity and manage the movement of materials to customers</li>\n <li>Support order fulfillment by ensuring inventory availability aligns with operational and installation needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analysis & Problem Resolution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Investigate inventory variances in partnership with supply chain, purchasing, and operations teams</li>\n <li>Analyze inventory trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions</li>\n <li>Support timely resolution of inventory issues to minimize disruption to business operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting & Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and maintain inventory reports and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, controls, and system utilization</li>\n <li>Assist in developing and refining inventory control policies and best practices </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence & Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized to support efficiency and accuracy</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational priorities and customer needs</li>\n <li>Maintain strong attention to detail to support compliance and operational reliability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Organizational Expectations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all required training within established timeframes</li>\n <li>Maintain regular attendance and meet role expectations</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or logistics </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of inventory management systems and controls </li>\n <li>Proven ability to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies </li>\n <li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with barcoding and RFID tracking technologies </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail </li>\n <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p>\n<p>At <strong>VytlOne</strong> we offer a diverse and inclusive work culture that supports a flexible work model in a collaborative, innovative team-oriented environment.
