You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to help define, build, and launch card and credit products that serve our global customer base.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Cards &amp; Credit features.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct user research, analyse customer feedback, and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive feature delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor product KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Support go-to-market planning and coordinate cross-functional launches.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Stay up to date on stablecoin, fintech, and credit market trends.</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL is a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Passion for fintech, crypto, or emerging-market financial services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with card issuing, credit products, or payments platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</span></li>\n</ul>",
