Strong Material Requirements Planning (MRP) skills are needed.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Shared Services Buyers to expedite orders as necessary.</li>\n <li>Coordinate long lead time overseas order planning and import freight logistics to meet domestic component/material needs.</li>\n <li>Directly manage replenishment of product artwork components at third party locations and materials shared across MTI facilities.</li>\n <li>Report to internal stakeholders on usage analytics and other key Supply Chain metrics.</li>\n <li>Monitor cost driver indices and apply statistical analysis to support sourcing strategies.</li>\n <li>Support world-class product quality by systematically monitoring supplier KPI’s and adherence to material standards, and escalating deviations for resolution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong> <strong><em>OE/Lean</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participates in the implementation of continuous improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Note: Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The requirements listed in the sections that follow are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to perform the duties of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions (primary duties) of the job.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><em><strong>Education:</strong>        </em>BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><strong><em>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</em>:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years of supply chain experience</li>\n <li>Familiarity with safety and procedural best practices in SCM.</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP system integrated environment.  </li>\n <li>Oracle E-Business Suite Applications desired.  </li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools – Word, Excel, Access and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).  - Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li>\n <li>Familiarity with the Procure to Pay process cycle in a manufacturing environment including knowledge of requisitions, purchase documents, quotations, receiving, supplier management, and item management business processes.  </li>\n <li>Experience supporting a national, multi-site manufacturing business.  </li>\n <li>Ability to quickly assimilate to company practices, structure, policy and procedure.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of purchasing practices meeting SOX standards is desired.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to work with and maintain confidential information.  </li>\n <li>Good management, oral and written communication, interpersonal and general business skills required, along with strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
