This is a dynamic, hybrid position where you’ll split your time between the café and guest support.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll be the face of the property—preparing coffee and simple food, serving beer and wine, and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and general needs. If you enjoy variety in your day and love interacting with people, this is the perfect role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Guest Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly environment</li><li>Help guests navigate self check-in tools and provide support as needed,, including answering questions and resolving issues</li><li>Respond to guest requests and ensure a smooth, positive stay</li></ul><p><strong>Café &amp; Beverage Service</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages</li><li>Serve beer and wine responsibly in accordance with local laws</li><li>Take orders and serve quick, casual food items</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area</li></ul><p><strong>Operations &amp; Support</strong></p><ul><li>Process transactions accurately using POS systems</li><li>Support opening and closing procedures for café and guest service areas</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization across shared spaces</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>1–3+ years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles</li><li>Barista or café experience preferred</li><li>Experience with POS systems and/or guest service tools is a plus</li><li>Friendly, outgoing, and naturally hospitable</li><li>Comfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilities</li><li>A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented and reliable</li><li>Comfortable using technology and learning new systems</li><li>Must complete state-approved training, such as ServSafe and/or Responsible Alcohol training, within 60 days of hire.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>About Gravity Haus</strong></p><p>Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
