The Project Manager will apply the project management processes set out by the client throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve agreed outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Meet agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage complete day to day life cycle of a project from initial stages through to hand-over.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality Systems, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage and monitor resources to ensure they are available across disciplines to deliver the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Work with the client and key stakeholders to establish effective collaborative relationships, supporting effective delivery, performance measurement, and management of change.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Provide accurate project performance data to senior managers and company directors on a periodic basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ensure proactive risk management is adhered to ensuring periodic review and action with the project team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage client reporting as required including periodic project reports, programme updates, KPI data, performance, and other requirements as specified</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage the project EHS requirements including RAMS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Actively support &amp; encourage the client’s HSQE principles across the project </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Periodically audit site management systems to ensure compliance with company requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Support the strategy for the closure of defects during defects period and obtain certificate of Making Good Defects within targets set.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage the day-to-day site operations of subcontractors on site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Manage the workflow of sub-contractors ensuring they are in line with the program of works on site.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The Candidate</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">A degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">A minimum of five years project management experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Experience in large scale, high head count sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Public works, Form of contract experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Residential Experience desirable </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Skills &amp;
