          "text": "<p>We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented&#xa0;<strong>Accounting Manager</strong>&#xa0;to lead our accounting team in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and driving operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, and a passion for continuous improvement.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess exceptional accounting, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor a high-performing team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including&#xa0;Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, project accounting, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals through&#xa0;performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning.</li><li>Provide&#xa0;training, mentorship, and leadership&#xa0;to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.</li><li>Manage the&#xa0;month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and approval of journal entries.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and analysis of&#xa0;monthly financial statements; collaborate with business unit leaders to address inquiries and provide insights.</li><li>Review account reconciliations and support staff in resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Identify and implement&#xa0;process improvements and automation initiatives&#xa0;to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.</li><li>Support&#xa0;external audits, tax engagements, and system implementations&#xa0;as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with&#xa0;regulatory requirements, internal controls, and accounting policies.</li><li>Partner with Finance Business Partners to analyze&#xa0;budget and forecast variances.</li></ul>",
