This role is ideal for both experienced chemists and recent college graduates who are eager to build technical expertise and grow within a supportive, fast‑paced environment.</p><p>Our Energy Cure Laboratory is backed by a strong technical foundation, with many team members bringing over 20 years of experience with INX International. INX is a leading provider&#xa0; of energy‑curing technologies for key markets such as low‑migration inks and coatings for packaging. As an R&amp;D Chemist, you will contribute directly to the advancement of these technologies.</p><p>We offer a collaborative culture, hands‑on training, and opportunities for autonomy. Team members also engage with customers and may travel occasionally to support internal and external partners.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and support existing technologies, including assisting with customer‑driven challenges</li><li>Develop new energy‑curing technologies based on customer and market needs</li><li>Evaluate raw materials and optimize formulations for performance and cost efficiency</li><li>Provide technical support to plant operations</li><li>Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers and the sales team</li><li>Maintain and ensure proper operation of laboratory equipment</li></ul>",
