          "text": "<p><u><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW</strong></u></p><p>Description covers all Distribution Center positions including but not limited to Picker, Packer, Palletizer, Receiving, Returns and Material Handler. Picking, checking and packing customer orders, along with general distribution center duties&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&#xa0;</u></p><p><br>\n<strong>Outbound Department – Picking and Shipping</strong></p><p><br>\n• Pick and pack product orders from all Pick Locations&#xa0;<br>\n• Pick full carton product orders off of pallets&#xa0;<br>\n• Check product orders to ensure order accuracy&#xa0;<br>\n• Fill each packed carton with dunnage to prevent product damages and seal&#xa0;<br>\n• Assemble shipping carton for orders&#xa0;<br>\n• Responsible for inserting packing slips&#xa0;<br>\n• Responsible for gift-wrapping any applicable web orders.&#xa0;<br>\n• Scan, Sort and place cartons on the pallets by the customer&#xa0;<br>\n• Shrink wrap and move completed orders in a staging area with manual pallet jacks&#xa0;</p><p><br>\n<strong>Receiving Department</strong><br>\n• Sort, Palletize and properly block all inbound freight&#xa0;<br>\n• Complete “Returns Goods Transfer Tickets” for customer returns<br>\n• Check and identify SKU and quantity information and label carton appropriately&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\n<strong>Returns Department</strong><br>\n• Assemble gift sets, pre-packs and/or other pack-outs&#xa0;<br>\n• Responsible for the processing of a credit memo within JDE&#xa0;<br>\n• Responsible for identifying and recording correct customer information within JDE&#xa0;<br>\naddress book while referencing claims and authorization numbers accompanying&#xa0;<br>\nthe return&#xa0;<br>\n• Identify and record reason for return&#xa0;<br>\n• Scan products returned and validate all quantities&#xa0;<br>\n• Troubleshoot items with no SKU information&#xa0;<br>\n• Ensure complete quality check on all items returned&#xa0;</p><p><br>\n<strong>Material Handlers</strong><br>\n• General Material Handling of product throughout the Distribution Center via carts, rolling&#xa0;<br>\ndumpsters and manual pallet jacks</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
