    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Safety & Health Coordinator is an individual contributor role that provides administrative support and coordinates organizational safety and health programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment that meets OSHA and best practice standards. These duties will be carried out at a specified Marvin facility, with the role reporting up through the Operations structure at the designated location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: Fargo</strong></p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate Safety & Health activities at a manufacturing site to comply with all applicable regulations, company processes, policies, programs, and procedures to promote a best-in-class safety culture centered on injury prevention</li>\n <li>Champion all Safety & Health activities within the facility by working closely with department leadership, employees, and site management to recognize, generate and implement ideas to continually improve safety performance through a mix of leading and lagging indicator-driven efforts and initiatives</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining local Safety & Health policies and procedures within a facility, which will adhere to no less than Enterprise-level material</li>\n <li>Maintain employee records documenting certifications or licenses obtained, completion of training, and other employee records as it relates to Safety & Health</li>\n <li>Assist the team with conducting Safety & Health audits, including documenting findings and producing reports</li>\n <li>Provide information, signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions</li>\n <li>Assist with the testing and servicing of safety equipment and systems</li>\n <li>Support the implementation of administrative or engineering controls to abate or minimize safety hazards</li>\n <li>Schedule applicable health screenings and ensures completion for designated facility needs (hearing, hazmat physical, respiratory fit testing, etc.)</li>\n <li>Assist and participate in local Safety & Health teams (e.g., Safety Committee, Ergonomics Team, etc.)</li>\n <li>Follow up on root cause and corrective actions data entry in incident reporting system</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)</li>\n <li>Aptitude for technology</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with management as well as with associates from the floor</li>\n <li>Willingness to grow within the Safety & Health space, including seeking additional training and certifications</li>\n <li>Ability to travel (<10% per year) </li>\n <li>Willingness to work occasionally outside of core hours</li>\n <li>Ability to frequently stand and walk around facility</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
